We're looking for a Project Superintendent!
Premier Construction Services is actively seeking a Lead Project Superintendent to lead its commercial construction projects from the planning stages of construction through completion. The Lead Superintendent should have a track record of completing ground up new construction and finish outs on commercial projects ensuring successful delivery, within schedule and budget while also excelling in his or her ability to manage owners, venders, subcontractors, and field staff throughout each project.
Select Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all on site-construction activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and venders to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Problem-solving to provide guidance and support to construction teams, including resolving conflicts or issues that may arise.
Reviewing of project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or protentional risks.
Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily field reports, change orders and material deliveries.
Attend weekly meetings with Project Management to go over schedules and project progress.
Maintain a professional standard, including attire, workmanship, and friendly demeanor on every jobsite and at all times.
Candidate Qualifications
At least 5 years of lead superintendent experience with commercial construction projects is required.
