Before and after of the job just finished. Everything gone from the front of the house and grass seeded, and in the back filling in around concrete( again I did not pour) and the low spot the concrete truck left for an old classmate and mowing customer!

Was gonna wait until the project was done but it is just turning out so well I can't wait lol. What started as a patio and and 130 feet of drainage, some grading, and a 12 by 16 patio has turned into water proofing foundation, 140 ft of drainage, and a 16 by 24 ft concrete pad. Work in progress and much more to come, in 7 years my sister and brother in law have never been able to do anything with this part of the yard due to water problems. *I did not pour the concrete* I did level, set base, water proof the foundation, regraded the yard, and dug and set the drainage. Big things coming and appreciate all of you guys' support!

So I have been extremely busy and facebook has kinda been on the back burner but I am finally getting to a decent point as far as catching up and could not skip posting this job. One of my first "contract" clients and I could not be more appreciative of how understanding she has been with my schedule being as crazy as it is. With that being said here are some pretty flowerbeds!

And just in case anyone has been following, this is the big project we have rolling right now and to say I'm happy with the results is a huge understatement. We have been doing a major revival on this lake house property, one Sunday at a time due to the home being used as an air bnb, flowerbeds are being cleaned out, some walls being repaired, some borders being put in, rubber mulch in most beds (as you can see some will be cobble), some plant removal, as well as weekly lawn maintenance. It gives me joy to bring some life into something with so much potential and Im excited for the rest to get finished.
