When comfort matters, natural wins. 🐾☀️

This photo says it all.

While many composite decks can become uncomfortably hot in direct sunlight, ThermowoodÂŽ Nordic Pine stays noticeably cooler underfoot, making it a more comfortable surface for bare feet, paws, and everyday outdoor living.*

Unlike pressure-treated lumber, Thermowood is heat and steam modified—not chemically treated. That means:

* 🌲 No added chemical preservatives
* 🐶 More comfortable for pets lounging in the sun
* 👣 Easier on bare feet during summer
* 🌎 Made from sustainably sourced wood
* 💪 Greater dimensional stability with improved resistance to warping and movement

From cool retro tile to warm Scandinavian oak vibes 🌿✨

This mid-century modern lake house got a major refresh with new wide plank flooring throughout — completely changing the feel of the space while keeping the original character intact.

The natural oak tones warmed up the turquoise cabinetry, tied into the lake views, and gave the whole home that relaxed modern lakehouse feel.

From worn and weathered… to welcoming and built to last.

This front porch got a complete rebuild with:
• New pressure-treated framing & decking
• Fresh black aluminum balusters for a clean modern contrast
• Wider, safer entry stairs
• Updated landscaping to finish the curb appeal

The goal was to keep the original character of the home while giving it a stronger structure, better functionality, and a fresh new look that fits the neighborhood perfectly.

Projects like this completely change the first impression of a home — and create a space the homeowners can actually enjoy every day.
