Just finished: We found this Milo Baughman sofa in a Cleveland condo overlooking Lake Erie. The original cream fabric was nice, but everything had become flat & saggy over the years. The new burnt sienna chenille fabric really transforms it! The workshop crew also added almost 2" to its seat height. This sofa is now on its way to its new home in Upstate NY!

Akron Pride Festival celebrates 10 years this weekend! The Equity March happens Saturday from 10 am to 11 am in downtown Akron.

Sweet Modern's warehouse will be open right afterwards from 11 to 3, and our showroom will be open from 11 to 5. To celebrate, anyone who stops by either location wearing their rainbow pride colors gets 10% off their entire purchase!

It's been a while since we shared a restored dining set from our workshop. We recently refinished and reupholstered this vintage Stanley dining set for a customer in Fredricktown, OH. Their choice of bright, lime green fabric looks great with the rich walnut and rosewood! (the accent stripes on each end of the table are Brazilian rosewood)
