🌟 Employee Spotlight: Stephanie 🌟
Please join us in congratulating Stephanie, who is celebrating an incredible 13 years with us at Donamarc Water Systems!
As our Customer Service Manager, Stephanie exemplifies patience, kindness, and professionalism every day. She is often the very first person our customers see when they visit our store or the first voice they hear when they call. She is also always happy to spend time with our store pets. Stephanie is passionate about supporting customers and is dedicated to making sure they have an exceptional experience.
Stephanie's dedication is backed by an impressive educational background, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Organizational Communication and a Master's Degree in Interpersonal Communication. Her ability to connect with people and provide exceptional customer service is evident in every interaction.
Outside of work, Stephanie has a love for reptiles and her kitty. She fondly remembers her beloved pet snake, who was part of her life for 31 years, and today she shares her home with her husband and a diabetic cat that holds a special place in her heart.
As a lifelong resident of the area, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors and relaxing with a good book. And here's a fun fact many people don't know: she's a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do!
