🐧 We have a confession to make.

We do a pretty terrible job of telling people that we “do” siding. 😂

Actually, even saying we “do siding” probably doesn’t explain it very well.

Because when our team takes on a siding project, we approach it the same way we approach a roof: details matter, craftsmanship matters, and the standard stays the standard from the first piece installed to the final walkthrough.

This Medina County home is a pretty stinking good example.

The transformation included CertainTeed Restoration Classic 4” clapboard siding in Slate, with Cedar Impressions Double 7” Shake around the garage and above the brick bump-out to add some dimension and character.

We also removed the dated decorative feature beneath the arched window, modified the framing and carried the siding through that area for a much cleaner look. New white corners, light blocks, soffit, fascia, gutters and gable vents finished everything off.

And THAT is probably what we need to get better at telling people. 😬

We don’t just happen to install siding because we’re already at your house doing the roof.

We build siding projects to the same standard we expect from everything with our name on it.

Apparently step one in promoting that is actually telling people. 😂

So…here we are.

Yes. We “do” siding.

There are some days that just feel a little more special. 💯

When 🐧 Greg and 🐧 Mike, two former home inspectors, get to hang out on a roof and check out the new home of a good friend who also happens to be a home inspector… you know there’s going to be some serious house talk. 😂

Years spent inspecting homes taught us to look beyond just the shingles. It’s about understanding the entire system, paying attention to the details, and giving people honest guidance they can trust. 🤜🤛

🐧 One of the things we’re most grateful for is the relationships we’ve built with so many great local insurance agents.

Nick has built some incredible relationships with agents throughout Northeast Ohio, and those relationships are a great example of how we want to do business.

Roofing and insurance can sometimes feel like they’re on opposite sides of the table. We don’t believe it has to be that way.

We understand that not every roof problem is an insurance claim. Sometimes a roof is simply old. Sometimes it needs maintenance or a repair. And sometimes there is legitimate storm damage and a homeowner absolutely should explore a claim.

Our job is pretty simple: give people an expert and professional evaluation of what’s actually happening with their roof. No pressure. No trying to manufacture a claim. No pretending legitimate damage doesn’t exist either.

That’s why mutual trust between At Your Service Roofing and insurance agents matters so much.
