This job was, well, a mess.

Once the realty company noticed the amount of trash piled up in the woods, they knew they had to call someone to get it cleaned up.

We hauled off 24,000 lbs of trash and got this property ready to list!

The land had been previously cleared and left a bit of a mess behind.

We were able to clean up the debris pile, open a 10ft ROW for the underground power and moved approximately 600 yards of dirt to create this future homesite.

What started off as a simple mulching job to open up more yard space, turned into a little more.

The customer had never seen the property since purchasing it and we learned very quick that it had been logged years ago.

We came back with the excavator and took care of the stumps, piles of wood and then regraded the area to make it smooth and usable.
