Sometimes things go bad on jobs and that’s the reality of construction. With us, you get the full service from start to finish. This project took a turn for the worst, but we stood tall and hurdled all obstacles because we care about our clients. This master bath remodel we removed the whirlpool bath tub and one piece shower unit, closed off the old shower location for new open linen shelves, extended the new tiled shower, added in a bench and replaced the vanity top. All in all we ended up with satisfied customers with a beautiful bathroom makeover!

We took on an interior paint project totaling in 9000sq ft of wall space! The trim and doors were a dark color and we transformed this entire home with a fresh coat of paint all the way around. All ceilings in Sherwin Williams Pro Mar Pure White Flat, Trim in Sherwin Williams Emerald Pure White Semi-Gloss, and all walls in Sherwin Williams Super Paint Drift Of Mist Satin. We also updated a few vent fans to humidity sensing vent fans, replaced toilets, and installed some new glass in 6 windows! What a transformation and just in time for client to move in!!!

Back in January we tackled a huge project! Older home with tons of rot to be replaced and some serious prep work. Rot replacement took 2 weeks and we sanded for a week straight! Once everything was ready we painted the entire house! Added in the wainscoting to underside of the carport, added the corners at each end, replaced bad section of the front door where panel had cracked, and replaced just about every soffit and fascia on the whole house. Customer had double hung windows that went to the floor. We also took those out and replaced them with tempered 1/4” glass panes! This gave it a more “suppose to be look”. Larger project than normal for us but we tackled it head on!! So fun watching the transformation. We also to care of some smaller interior items while we worked this job.m!

Helped a customer by removing a non- load bearing wall, then installed 4 custom solid birch boxed cabinets with unfinished shaker style maple doors. Customer will paint cabinets as well as finish the rest of the remodel out. Any way we can help during the process, just give us a shout.

Took some painted popcorn texture from these ceilings before this customer moved in. They also wanted to try to achieve LED recessed lights in the vaulted ceiling and we made it happen. Hooked them up to an individual switch and added the ceiling fans to the old switch feed.

We took a back porch, made some changes with framing for better lay out of screen. Then we added a small landing off the back porch With a new set of stairs, screened everyrhing in using individual aluminum frames, added new storm doors, pulled a new feed for outlets for a hanging TV, and freshened up the ceiling paint. Another bath remodel complete. We took this dated bathroom and by simply removing a small dividing wall and linen closet, it opened up the whole bathroom. Added in another sink for a his and hers vanity, new customs cabinets from wall to wall. Tiled shower using Schluter waterproofing system, new tiled floor, toilet with bidet addition seat, all new Delta shower trim and faucets and finished everything off with a fresh coat of paint all the way around! Took down an older set of stairs that did not have a middle stringer and had started to bounce. Just needed replacing. We upgraded the support post to a 6x6 timber, added a 3’ landing for safety of coming out of the screened porch door, and 2x6 treads. The new landing helped also with pool pump access and AC unit access!

Installed some Phillips Hue Smart Lighting for a repeat customer. Updating from a fluorescent to LED recessed lighting is always an amazing transformation in any room, even if it’s not smart lighting! Finished the drywall patch and customer will paint at a later date.
