Marty's Maintenance LLC Based out of Alamosa, CO, Marty's Maintenance is a small plumbing and heating contractor that has been servicing the surrounding area since 2015.

Serving the valley for nearly 30 years, I have decided to venture out on my own again. I offer a wide range of skills in the plumbing and heating industry at a competitive price. Advertising is over-rated, you won't find me in the phone book or newspaper ads. We are excited to announce that we have hired an excellent HVAC tech that is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to A/C work. Alyssa is ready and able to service and install your commercial rooftop equipment or even your residential mini-split air conditioning equipment.

We have also completed our ICC mechanical licensing and are fully licensed to install commercial range hoods and venting.

Last weekend we had an unfortunate disagreement with a customer where she questioned our professionalism. We pride ourselves on running our business with the upmost professionalism and as it turns out we were right in our assessment of the situation.

There was unfortunately a leak on the owner supplied tub, which had it been something we had provided we could of had our supplier warranty the product. But this is not the case when homeowners supply their own materials.

Keep this in mind when you are shopping for home improvement products. If you supply items for your remodel or new home than you are responsible for them if they fail.

Unfortunately we were not able to satisfy this particular customer. And I highly suspect that she will leave us bad reviews and drag our company's name through the mud but sometimes we as a professional company have to stand our ground.
