This is a Locally owned excavation company that works mostly on house foundations and site preparation.
Must be able to pass a drug test,be able to show up to work on time daily, have a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from work!
Pay will based on experience and qualifications such as the following CDL, operating equipment, carpentry, and labor.
Willing to teach most skills on the job.

Dear ZC excavating customers,

You will see snowy properties over the next couple days and think that means we may have failed to do our job. We’ll get the "you knew this was coming for days" comments. You WILL see snow covered lots and properties. Not because of a lack of preparation, but because sometimes Mother Nature just wins. The forecast is calling for snow of 1" or more per hour at times Monday and Tuesday. Since most of our plows have routes that take some time to complete, not counting time to refill with salt and fuel, lots will get covered shortly after we plow. The goal during a snow storm is passable, not perfect. This means you will be able to drive, but nothing will be perfect until the snow stops.

Our trucks are loaded. Crews are ready. Things will improve after the snow stops. We are sending this message trying to manage reasonable expectations.

Friday started off bad with our on-road diesel tank springing a leak into the containment d**e, break downs and not enough work done. But I’m glad we were able to get out and support our local county fair kids in the sale last night. Even though it was the weirdest fair week we’ve ever had we were fortunate enough to purchase Charlee Slaybaugh’s market chickens, Markala Goeglein’s market rabbits, Jesse Butterworth’s market goat, Shawn Fulton’s market pig, and Megan Cheadle’s market pig. We can’t wait for next year!
