FROM THE GROUND UP.

When Ben Coffman joined Septic Solutions Plumbing 3½ years ago, he had never worked in plumbing. Today, he’s officially a licensed Journeyman Plumber. That kind of growth doesn’t happen overnight. Ben has put in the time, learned the trade, and earned every step forward.

This week, we’re proud to recognize Matthew Cox for a major career accomplishment.

Matthew recently earned his Master Plumber license—a milestone that takes years of experience, knowledge, and hard work. With Matthew earning his license, Septic Solutions Plumbing now has three Master Plumbers on staff.

Matthew started his plumbing career a little over seven years ago as an apprentice. Since then, he’s earned both his Journeyman and Master Plumber licenses and continued taking on bigger responsibilities.

After two years with Septic Solutions Plumbing, Matthew was also recently promoted to Project Manager. That’s what putting in the work and mastering your trade looks like.

Congratulations, Matthew. Well earned!

Five years ago, we made a pretty good hire.

Today we're celebrating Neil Wisham, our Assistant General Manager, on five years with Septic Solutions Plumbing! If you've worked with Neil, you know he has a gift for keeping everyone on their toes while somehow keeping everything on track. He leads with accountability, plenty of humor, and the kind of attitude that makes people want to be part of the team.

Neil has played a huge role in our growth and in building a culture where employees enjoy coming to work and customers receive the best service possible.

We will be closing our office at 3:00 PM today. We will be without electricity due to utilities work being performed on Ledo rd. Emergency services will still be available. Just call the office at 229-432-5376 and you will be forwarded to the on-call tech.
