Meet Nikki Thornhill, Office Manager at CE Construction. Nikki joined the CE Family in November 2025 and says the best part of her job is helping hold the construction team together while learning something new every day. Since joining CE Construction, she’s learned that no two days are the same, and that’s part of what keeps the job interesting.

Nikki is a wife and mom of three who loves spending time with her husband and kids. She enjoys deer hunting, baking cakes, riding side-by-sides and watching the Dawgs play. When it’s time to unwind, her favorite place is home with her family, because nothing beats a home-cooked meal and an early bedtime!

We had an amazing time at the 7th Annual CE Family Invitational Bream Tournament this past weekend! 🎣 A huge thank you to everyone who came out, fished with us, and helped make another year such a great one.

At the CE Family, we believe the big milestones deserve to be celebrated — and so do all the special moments along the way.

Kristina McDonald, who works in Accounts Payable at Concrete Enterprises, is getting married in October, so the CE Family ladies gathered for lunch to celebrate the bride-to-be!

It’s moments like these that remind us what being a family is all about — showing up for one another, celebrating together and making time for the people who make CE such a special place to work.

Congratulations, Kristina! We’re so excited for you and all that’s ahead.

What a great week for the CE Family!

We had the opportunity to participate in the Business Expo hosted by the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce and the SWGA Career Expo hosted by the Albany-Dougherty Economic Development Commission.

We had a great time connecting with our community, meeting new faces, and sharing more about the many companies and career opportunities within the CE Family.

Meet Terry Paul, Estimator at CE Construction. Terry has been with the CE Family since April 2025 and enjoys reviewing plans, doing material take-offs, and putting together competitive bids. One of his favorite parts of the job is seeing the projects he estimates become a reality.

Since joining CE Construction, Terry has learned all about the different phases of construction. His previous experience working with general contractors, along with his time as a building inspector, gave him valuable knowledge and experience estimating and understanding the work that takes place before vertical construction begins.

Terry is a Christian, husband, father and proud grandfather. He likes to watch the Georgia Bulldogs play football and enjoys hunting and spending time in the woods. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll usually find Terry in his shop at home or sitting in the backyard watching his grandkids play.

Meet Taylor Bozeman, Safety Administrative Assistant at Concrete Enterprises. She has been a part of the CE Family for 2 years. Family means everything to Taylor, and her favorite part of her job is knowing that she gets to help make sure other families have their loved ones come home safely from work every day.

Working with Concrete Enterprises, Taylor has learned that safety is not just about rules and regulations, it’s about building relationships and creating a company culture where everyone looks out for each other.

Fun fact: Taylor originally dreamed of being a Broadway performer. Now, she is working on her bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health while raising two awesome kids – who still get full Broadway performances from their mom on every car ride. Her favorite place to eat or unwind is wherever her best friend or kids decide to go that day. (Bonus points if it has a playground!) We're proud to have Taylor as part of the CE Family!
