It was a pleasure working on this 1920's colonial revival in the historic district of Albany, Oregon
We rebuilt the sofits and installed new fascia and trims to match the original prints.
Phase 2 we'll go in and rebuild the porch roof and railings.

We are back at it. I'm just getting started on a 1200sqft interior remodel for a previous client. We are taking a large basement space and converting it to living space with a large bedroom full bath with whirlpool bath tub, half bath, and lounge area, complete with a full wet bar.

What a fun project bringing this 75 + year old barn back to life. It felt really special when the homeowner called to thank me. She had been waiting 20 years to have her barn rebuilt. It was a real pleasure.

We righted the barn which was leaning 4 1/2" to the left. Added a insulated 20' X 16' storage room inside, replaced the support beams with new timbers secured with proper post bases and tops, cut the bottom 5" of rotten wood off the whole building and replaced it with preprimed water table trim boards. Because the doors were made for the barn while out of square we made 2 New doors. To help hold everything square and true we replaced the second floor deck (which was barn boards) with Edge Gold T&G glued and nailed.
