Check out the final photos from BSNB’s original home office at 87 Front Street in Hudson, NY. This historic building originally constructed in the 1820s was carefully rehabilitated to preserve its original architectural features while being transformed into a fully updated full service branch.

The completed project includes a new ATM and drive thru, accessibility improvements, a refreshed design, and modern banking technologies, all thoughtfully integrated within the building’s historic framework.

Our team is truly grateful to have completed so many incredible projects at Word of Life campuses in New York and Florida. These drone photos were taken after completing the latest phase at The Pines project and capture the scale and progress of the work at this Pottersville, NY location. Team BBL was out in full force last week for the annual CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge! Our employees once again came together to take on the 3.5-mile race, all in support of a great cause.
This year’s event benefited Crossroads Center for Children and Catholic Charities, two organizations dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals and families throughout the Capital Region.

What a great day supporting an even greater cause! 💪🚛 The BBL team was proud to participate in the Dagen Truck Pull benefiting Special Olympics New York.

Congratulations to everyone who participated. While we may not have taken home the overall title, we’re proud to say Team BBL pulled out a win in our round! Most importantly, we’re honored to support an organization that creates such meaningful opportunities for athletes in our community.

Last week at the 126 State St. project, BBL proudly recognized Safety Week by bringing the project team together to reinforce the importance of working safely every day. A special thank you to Colony Hardware and Milwaukee Tool for joining us on site to showcase the latest tools, safety equipment, and innovations that help keep our workforce protected!

Events like these create valuable opportunities for employees, subcontractors, and industry partners to engage in meaningful conversations about jobsite safety, proper equipment use, and continuous improvement. Safety remains a core value on every BBL project, and we appreciate everyone who helped make this event a success.

We were proud to host another incredible Touch A Truck event this past weekend in support of The Junior League of Albany.

This family fun day brought the community together with more than 20 vehicles for kids of all ages to touch, sit in, honk horns, and get to know the people who drive them. Guests also enjoyed food, entertainment, vendors, food trucks, and more!

Construction is officially underway on the new Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics facility in Chattanooga. We are excited to be part of the incredible team working with this client once again!
The 54,700 sf, two-story medical office building will include an Orthopaedic clinic with on-site X-ray capabilities, Urgent Care with procedure rooms, MRI, and CT, Physical therapy suite and administrative space. Positioned next to the surgery center, this project expands access to comprehensive, patient-centered care in one convenient location.
