BBL recently completed an interior renovation at Capital Region Health Park, transforming a vacant suite into a new office for Sitwell Dental. The renovation included 11 treatment rooms, a sterile room, lab, panoramic X-ray, break room, offices, and updated waiting and reception areas.

Utilizing a design-build delivery our team orchestrated a comprehensive renovation, ensuring the new space could be tailored to meet their operational needs. Each treatment room was equipped with the necessary medical gas, vacuum, compressed air, and power connections for the dental chair and wall-mounted X-ray equipment.

Our team continues to make progress at the WSWHE BOCES campus in Wilton, NY.

The Career and Technical Education Center is nearing enclosure, with exterior finishes beginning and interior lab painting underway. At the K-6 Exceptional Learners Center, roof work is ongoing as the team prepares for slab pours. Meanwhile, roofing and slab pours are complete at the 7-12 Exceptional Learners Center, with framing underway, drywall installation progressing on the third floor, and mechanical rough-ins set to follow.

Take a look at the latest drone footage from the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics project in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

BBL Construction Services is providing design-build services for this new 54,700-square-foot, two-story orthopedic clinic, which is being constructed next to the existing Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center.

The new facility will bring together a wide range of orthopedic services under one roof, including expanded clinic space, physical and occupational therapy, on-site MRI and CT imaging, and a dedicated Urgent + Ortho Walk-In Clinic. For patients, that means faster answers, greater convenience, and a more connected care experience.

Take a look at the completed renovation at Classic Auto Wash in Johnstown, New York.

This 5,200 SF renovation modernized the existing facility with the addition of a new two-bay CMU self-serve wash, an upgraded metal panel façade, new asphalt paving, updated building signage, and new self-serve car wash equipment. These improvements enhance both the functionality of the facility and the overall customer experience.

We're proud to showcase the completed renovation of the IDE Honda Certified Pre-Owned Dealership in Rochester, NY.

This project included extensive interior and exterior renovations designed to enhance both the customer experience and the functionality of the facility. Interior improvements featured a remodeled showroom, offices, breakroom, restrooms and shop storage areas, along with updated finishes, fixtures, storefront systems, epoxy flooring and electrical upgrades.

Exterior improvements included the rehabilitation of the existing precast concrete parking deck through the in-kind replacement of deteriorated double tees and installation of a new waterproofing membrane protection system, along with ACM panel system installation, EIFS façade restoration, roof membrane replacement and additional site improvements.
Thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to completion.
