Woodpro Albany NY COVD-19 update;

After consuming the information set forth today by the governor, we had a conference call with corporate, and it was determined that Woodpro falls into a few categories that are considered essential. Therefore, we plan on staying open for the time being. We have decided to take a few extra precautionary steps to ensure the safety of our staff, as well as our customers.
1 - we will continue to make deliveries. When a delivery is set up by the contractor, a conversation needs to be had with the receiver of the delivery that we will be allowed access. If you request that we schedule the delivery, we will have that discussion with the receiver.
2 - our drivers will be wearing N95 masks and gloves while making each delivery for the safety of the driver as well as those on site. We ask that once access is allowed, our driver is given a safe distance at all times to complete the process.
3 - the showroom is currently closed to everyone. No homeowners or contractors will be allowed to come to the showroom until further notice.
4 - store purchases will be treated similar to what restaurants are doing; we will have "curbside pickup only" until further notice. Our doors will be locked while employees are inside during regular business hours. We ask that you call, email or text ahead of time with all products you need to pickup. The order will be pulled and you will then pick up all products at the warehouse door. No one will have access to the interior of the building except employees.
