These clients wanted to update their kitchen by replacing their butcherblock countertops with Wilsonart solid surface. With a few additional changes, they have brought new life to their space.

As an extra feature, they opted for a small shelf on top of their pantry for their cookbooks.

These clients chose a light, veined color to replace their previous dark laminate countertops in their kitchen. That choice brought so much light into the room and compliments the wood tones in the cabinets and floor. As an added upgrade, they also chose coved backsplash, so they never have to worry about possible gapping or water pe*******on to the wall.

This shower features a coved seat, two integrated niches, a window pass-through, a solid surface wrap-around at the entrance, and a sturdy grab bar.

Trying something new on the CNC's vacuum table.

When acrylic solid surface is heated above 350°F, it becomes maliable and can be pressed into a mold to hold a form. This is how we make custom form shower pans.
Since we got the CNC, we've had the idea to use the vacuum table to help with the process, and this is our first attempt. Everything didn't quite go as planned, but we already have some ideas to make adjustments for next time.

These clients chose to replace their old fiberglass shower with floor-to-ceiling Corian solid surface. In starting over from scratch, they were able to make changes to better fit their needs, such as adding an integrated niche and opting to not replace the integrated seat the previous shower had.
