I go into a lot of homes where I see missing smoke detectors and outdated smoke detectors. If you tried replacing batteries and it still chirps, it’s likely at the end of its life. If you have hardwired smoke detectors and need help replacing them, then I’d be happy to help. Just send me a message. Reference my other post to see how to remove your detectors to check the date.

Customer didn’t want the pipe going out beyond the concrete so it would get hit by lawn mower. So hammer drill I did!!!

50’ trench full of rocks. Good thing I had pipe with. Even though the wire is rated to be buried directly without pipe, it’s still good to protect it, especially at the price it is now.

Couple more jobs from this week. I love doing new houses or new construction. It’s not rocket science but there is a science to making it look nice even tho it gets covered up. Gotta take pride in your work.

A little meter relocation. Previous owner added on a garage and built that nice little cubby for the meter. New owner wants to make it into a closet.

I’m not sure who needs to hear this but to all of you handy dandy carpenters, is it necessary to use 2 1/4” nails to secure a 3/4” board? Especially in a 2x4 wall where you know there are wires. And don’t tell me I should nail plate everything because you know it would make the boards not fit right

Since spring is taking it’s sweet time, I am looking for jobs to fill my time. Anyone looking to upgrade lighting to LED in house, shop, or barns. Add lighting in kitchen or living room. Replace outlets and switches with new and maybe different color. Add switches in places you wish you had one for specific lights. Please let me know. 320- two five zero- 1765
