Key Responsibilities:
-Clean and treat roofs and gutters
-Perform small repairs, install ventilation and tear off/install roofs
-Understand and follow OSHA safety standards and practice them every day
-Follow through with tasks required to complete jobsite work
-Other duties as assigned

Training is available to progress your construction/roofing career.
If you possess the following skills:
-Strong work ethic
-Valid Oregon Driver License
-Punctuality
-Professionalism
-Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
-Ability to effectively present information
-Operate necessary equipment including pickup truck
-Ability to arrive on time (7:00AM) every day with a positive attitude

Experience /Licenses/Certifications:
-Roofing knowledge of materials
-Some of your own tools
-Starting Wage: $22-30/hr. DOE
-5-10 years of experience installing Composition Shingles.
-Experience in Metal and Membrane roofing applications
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crew members while helping with production.
-Customer service skills
-General Construction Skills

Orezona is OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

We are however taking all reasonable safety precautions to keep our employees and customers safe.
Our trucks are sanitized daily. We have employees that are either roommates or family and they are being assigned to group trucks to practice social distancing. All other employees are being assigned their own vehicles.

We celebrated Christmas a little early here at Orezona!

Last Saturday we set up for the most amazing employees and there families. Enjoyed some amazing food, cocktails, and the joys of gift giving 🎉
