When these homeowners invited us back to renovate their main bathroom, they wanted a space that felt more open, functional, and relaxing to use every day.

Project Manager Steve Drozdyk helped transform the dated bathroom by replacing the existing tub with a spa-inspired soaker tub and removing the knee wall, opening up the room and creating a brighter, more connected feel.

The shower was completely reimagined with a frameless glass enclosure and striking turquoise glass tile installed in a herringbone pattern. To improve storage and functionality, the vanity was replaced, and the former linen closet was transformed into custom cabinetry that blends seamlessly with the design.

When this growing family came to us, they needed more than just a kitchen refresh. They were looking for a space that could better support everyday life: additional seating for the kids, more headroom for taller family members moving through the kitchen, smarter storage solutions, and a layout that felt open, connected, and welcoming.

Project Manager Steve Drozdyk and Designer Justina Auer reimagined the entire flow of the space by removing the peninsula and line of upper cabinets that once divided the kitchen into two. The result is a bright, open-concept layout that feels instantly larger and far more inviting.

One of the biggest transformations came from relocating the stovetop from the center island to the perimeter wall. By eliminating the bulky overhead hood, we were able to introduce beautiful pendant lighting that adds warmth and character while opening up sightlines throughout the room. The island was extended to create additional seating and a natural gathering place for family and friends.

Thoughtful functionality can now be found in every corner. A hidden coffee bar is tucked neatly behind cabinet doors and displayed when in use. The new workstation sink features a gooseneck faucet and built-in glass rinse, making everyday clean-up easier than ever. We removed the former desk area (which had become a catch-all space) and replaced it with an appliance garage, double ovens, and plenty more storage to keep a busy life organized.
