"Steven Ditschler and Matt Trainor of your plumbing division recently came to our aid in repairing a broken pipe in our cellar, which was draining out water. Steven reassured us he would have it under control in no time and proceeded to expertly repair it in a very short time. While repairing the pipe, he discovered the plumbing under our kitchen sink had badly disintegrated and was ready to burst at any moment. Steven and Matt repaired the plumbing while explaining to us with a courteous and professional manner what had caused us a stressful problem and saving us from a disaster in-the-making.
