Ps. We are not completely closing Albemarle Lawn Care. Just a little downsizing as I split time between Albemarle and Myrtle Beach. I will not be completely involved in the day to day operations, but 100% involved in the week to week and month to month operations. I have a great crew that will still be taking care of our customers/accounts. We are just downsizing and reducing the amount of landscaping we’ll do. That’s all folks.
Selling an entire lawn care/landscape business. One guy is buying 3 or 5 mowers along with weedeated and blowers. We have the following for sale:
Clausesn split drive aerator. Like new $1900
Ryan Ride on aerator with ex mark hopper. (Hopper needs new mechanics/cable and slide underneath. Newer spinner motor. $4500.00. Harbor freight tamper $400. Utility Trailer with gator weedeated rack. 72” x 12’ $1600. NC Trailer Dump trailer 80” by 14’ with ramps, two 7k axles and rolling cover. 2 years old but looks brand new. Sells for 12k new with cover and ramps. Will sell for $9500. Self charging while plugged into truck. Two years and never had to charge batteries. Two skid sprayer units (50 ga and 100ga). $1200 for 50 ga and $1800 for 100 ga. One 16’ 7k double axle Hudson equipment trailer $4300. One 12’ single axle enclosed trailer $1600.
