Step 2 of the Hope house was finishing up the new foundation and insulating. Then backfilling around the house. On the inside was replacing the damaged rafters and installing the new drywall. And decided on a nice wood plank wall for the bedroom.

Step 1 of the hope house was cleaning out all the damage and all the garbage. There was no power, so had to replace the old K**b and tube wiring and fuse panel with a whole new electrical system. Then some new framing.

1 year ago I bought this little project from a friend. They were doing a bunch of remodeling then had a fire and even though there wasn't a whole lot of damage. It was more than they wanted to take on. So, I bought the house to repair and been working on it nights and weekends ever since. These are pics before I started. More pics of progress to follow
