Meet the Team Behind Cutting Edge Lawn and Landscape LLC!
Hey there! I’m Jack McGowan, and this is my amazing wife, Grace. Together we own and operate Cutting Edge Lawn and Landscape LLC out of Albertville, MN.
You’ve probably seen us around town or serving a customer in your neighborhood, but I wanted to take a moment to personally introduce ourselves.
Other than a 4-year break while studying at Bethel University, I’ve called the Northwest Metro “home” for my entire life. I was raised in St. Michael and I’m thankful to now live in the same community with my wife and new baby girl who is due any day.
You could say I’ve been passionate about lawn care my entire life. I LOVED my toy lawn mower and “helping” my dad mow as a toddler. As soon as I was strong enough to push a lawn mower, I started mowing my family’s grass and helping customers around town – my mom would drive me from lawn to lawn in our family minivan!
At 18, I took off for college to pursue a dream in the motorsports industry but continued serving customers over the summer months. After 5 years in the corporate world, the entrepreneurial spirit in me took hold again, and I’ve rediscovered the passion I have for serving customers in the communities near me.
From the beginning at 13 years old until now, the goal has remained the same: provide customers with high quality, reliable, cutting-edge care.
Today, Cutting Edge Lawn and Landscape LLC serves customers all over the Northwest Metro and while we still mow grass, we certainly aren’t operating out of a minivan anymore. Additionally, we have proudly expanded our services to:

- Spring & Fall Cleanups
- Aeration & Overseeding
- Dethatching
- Landscaping
- And more!
