We are looking for an individual to fill our grounds keeping maintenance position. They would perform preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance & condition based maintenance. Job duties consist of, but are not limited to, mowing & landscaping, cleaning & organizing shops, cleaning equipment & trucks, painting, minor repair work on grounds & vehicles, loading & unloading trucks(must be able to lift approximately 80 lbs at times) Please be dedicated, have a positive attitude, pay attention to detail, able to think critically, have physical & coordination skills, be punctual.
