Here's our latest basement remodel. This was designed and built according to customers needs. This included new stackwell egress with Simonton window, Complete bathroom, complete removal of of all copper drain lines and new installation of pvc drain line, hydro backup sump pump and custom cabinet and cabinet doors. Doors were installed shortly after pictures were taken. As with most projects, everything was completed by us without the need for subcontractors. This gives us exceptional control over the quality of each project. We use top quality materials on all projects which gives your project both the longevity and beauty for decades to come. This project was completed early summer of 2023. What a complete transformation from the original bathroom. Although during the process it became very apparent that both the electrical and plumbing had major issues, we were able to correct everything bring it up to code. These pictures are prior to custom glass install. As with all of my bathrooms, I design 3d renderings of the bathroom followed by a trip to our tile supplier to design the overall tile layout. It's an amazing, fun process which guarantees you get exactly what you want within the budget we alotted within the estimate. Finished this deck late fall of 2022. I originally built the deck 24 years ago and the home owner decided to go maintenance free. Usually, I would never consider putting composite onto a deck this old , but it was in exceptional shape for its age. A few boards were replaced and we worked with the ones that had a little warping and It came out amazing. It has all composite decking, vinyl lattice, aluminum railings and custom doors that flow seamlessly in the layout. I always say we have the highest standards and this deck is truly a testament to that. Please let me know what you think and don't forget to like and share.

Here's the latest bathroom remodels. Actually, it's both of their bathrooms. We were still waiting on the glass for both bathrooms as well as medicine cabinet and custom threshold at the time of these pictures. Also, some painting was not completed at the time of the time of pictures. Other than that, these were beautiful transformations from what was there. The second bathroom with the walk in shower was slightly more involved with a wall removal and reworked plumbing to accommodate wall jets as well as shower head. It,s design keeps with the other bathrooms look with the more intricate floor pattern and subway tiles on walls. Both came out beautiful with two very satisfied customers. Here's another beautiful bathroom. This customer came to me with a picture and wanted that exact look which is exactly what you see here. This needed extensive plumbing work due to removing all black pipe , including the stack (vent pipe) associated with the bathroom. All new electric, as everything was moved to accommodate the new layout. Really came out beautiful and another very happy customer. As with every project, I meet with every customer at our tile vendor to select tile. We go through a very finly honed process to give the customer every option to achieve their perfect project. Finished this custom bar this past summer of 2023. I designed and built this project and it far exceeded the customers expectations. This has beautiful bar sink , custom made concrete countertop, refrigerator, pop up countertop outlets, stainless steel bar doors, custom lighting on bar as well as wall and above bar lighting. All lighting works off of smart technology which can be controlled from phone or Alex type devices. Absolutely stunning. Here's another beautiful complete bathroom remodel. This project required all plumbing and most electrical to be removed and everything new to accommodate this massive design change. As with all designs, I work with the homeowners to achieve designs to not only meet their expectations but to exceed them. I was also hands on with this project, and every project, each and every day to be sure everything is just right. This went from a basic drab bathroom to a show piece.
