Homes are built strong but they don't last forever.
Water and fire damage are the worst damages that a home can encounter.. #1 would be neglect.

Popcorn texture is not only outdated but it could be toxic if disturbed do to a leak in a ceiling and patch repairing.
The Dust from the material could be very harmful to someone living in the household due to it possibly containing asbestos and also Lead Base Paint!
If your home was built before 1978, it is more likely to have lead-based paint.

We are LBP certified to test and remediate any LBP in the home.

Some more 2toning!
Once again Preparation is key!
Masking wood floors and windows.
Painted the white trim first, masked it off for Beige color for walls.
Added Silicone to the gaps under baseboards to help protect against any water when cleaning floors.
