Meet Roxanne Anaya, Director of Operations at Thompson Security.
If you’ve ever wondered who helps keep all the moving pieces moving behind the scenes, meet Roxanne.

Roxanne has been part of the Thompson Security team since 2014 and has grown alongside the company for more than a decade. As Director of Operations, she helps oversee the day-to-day office operation and connects many of the pieces that allow our field and office teams to take care of our customers.
From scheduling and customer service to billing, internal communication, and supporting our technicians, Roxanne’s organization and follow-through play an important role in keeping the company moving in the same direction.
Outside of Thompson Security, Roxanne is a wife and proud mom of three. She enjoys gardening, snowboarding, attending concerts, and spending time with her family.

After more than a decade with the company, Roxanne’s knowledge, dedication, and leadership have become an important part of who we are.

Meet Justin Thompson, Owner of Thompson Security.

Justin began his career in the security industry in 2006, and in 2010 he and his wife, Elisabeth, took the leap and started Thompson Security.
What began as a local family business has continued to grow, but Justin’s approach has remained the same: take care of customers, surround yourself with good people, and provide solutions you would trust to protect your own family or business.

As a Low Voltage Certified professional, Justin brings both technical knowledge and years of hands-on industry experience to the company. He also remains actively involved in Albuquerque’s business community and in the continued growth and direction of Thompson Security.

Away from work, Justin’s favorite role is being a husband and dad to his two daughters. And when he gets the chance, you’ll likely find him on a golf course — or cheering on the Seahawks.

From starting the company in 2010 to helping lead the team it is today, Justin keeps relationships, service, and community at the center of Thompson Security.

Meet Chuck Nicholson, Senior Technician at Thompson Security.

With more than 15 years in the low-voltage and security industry and a member of our team since 2016, Chuck brings a tremendous amount of hands-on experience to every job.
Chuck is one of those technicians who genuinely enjoys solving problems. Security systems don’t always give you an obvious answer when something goes wrong, and his experience, patience, and ability to troubleshoot have made him someone both our customers and our team can rely on.
Just as important is his dependability. When Chuck takes on a project or service call, you know he’s going to show up ready to work, follow through, and do what it takes to get the job completed correctly.

Outside of work, Chuck is a dedicated family man — and when football season rolls around, you can count on him supporting the Buffalo Bills.
