The Payroll Specialist’s primary responsibility, but not limited to, is executing the weekly payroll/certified payroll, and all duties which are required with said payroll. It includes all weekly, quarterly, and annual payroll reporting to appropriate agencies.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Errands
Must drive to Post Office to pick up mail and run occasional errands if needed.

Required Education and Experience
1. Accounting Degree, either Community College or University or extensive work experience in all fields of accounting.
2. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Preferred Education and Experience
1. General experience using Quickbooks Enterprise Software.
2. Knowledge of Word and Excel.

Westwind Landscape Construction, Inc. is seeking an entry-mid level Landscape Architect, Designer, Assistant Project Manager, and/or Estimator to join our design/construction team. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, have strong design skills, and knowledge of site construction methods. Experience with project estimating is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills and have experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced office setting. A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
Westwind Landscape Construction, Inc., established in 1991, provides comprehensive, high quality, award winning, landscape and irrigation design and construction services for public works agencies, educational institutions, commercial and residential clients. Compensation range is $60,000 to $85,000 based on experience with the potential for annual bonuses and an employee 401k plan with employer match. Westwind Landscape Construction provides a contributory health insurance plan, along with paid personal leave/sick leave and paid major holiday time off.
