We are Heart Driven Adjusting & Construction
We found ourselves in this business because in 2013 we were homeowners who had a hail damaged roof. A roofing salesman convinced us through our doubt that our insurance company would pay to replace our roof. We were so happy when Farmers paid 29000 to replace our very complicated roof system. When we expressed interest in helping people understand this process, we were hired by the company who installed our roof. Thus began our odyssey of creating our niche in this very lucrative and what could be described as an unscrupulous market. We put our hearts into our clients as an independent adjuster sales team knocking on doors in neighborhoods where we found hail damage. We struggled to make ends meet as we helped hundreds of clients through the process of roof replacement using insurance proceeds. While we sold over 7 million dollars in roofing projects over four years, our commissions did not reflect the hours and dedication to our work and we finally decided in 2017 to open our own construction firm Heart Driven Adjusting & Construction. With more than 500 satisfied customers in our database we are well on our way. We are dedicated to creating lifetime customers. Our formula works. We meet with our clients and inspect their roof documenting all of our findings. We help our clients call in a claim for covered damages. We meet with the insurance adjuster on the roof and present our findings. We work with the insurance companies and we negotiate on behalf of our clients to achieve complete roofing systems. We manage the re roof projects and provide documentation to the insurance companies to help facilitate all disbursements and we provide 5 year workmanship warranties to our clients. We offer maintenance packages which extend our warranties to 10 years and beyond. Now we are a five star company with Home Advisor Pro. We are stacking jobs and rocking the market on our own terms.

Proper ventilation is so important. This multileveled tile roof had soffit vents installed below vaulted ceilings Which opened up into a larger attic space 16 feet up the slope on the west side. The attic was filled with blown in insulation which was blocking the lowest soffit vents. Air that flowed through the lower soffit vents was blocked or escaping through the next level higher of soffit vents preventing air from circulating to the highest exhaust vents throughout the attic. A bank of solar panels was installed eight or nine years ago creating multiple penetrations which allowed the tiniest bit of moisture to get into the attic. This moisture created and fed a mold outbreak which was only discovered last month when the house was put on the market. Our friends at Servpro are mitigating the mold by removing all of the attic insulation and treating all of the exposed surfaces in the attic. We are going to install 21 Lomanco IV nine vents in the proper location along the lower edge of the open attic space under the tiles. We will then add three turbine vents along the upper Ridge forcing air to circulate more effectively throughout the space. After we replace the blown in insulation this house will be safe and ready for its new owners. We are happy to announce that we are now a Licensed New Mexico GB-98 and GB-2 commercial & residential construction company, HD Adjusting and Construction LLC. We would love to meet weekly or bi monthly for lunch with Sub contractors, Journeyman and Apprentices from all trades who are Interested in being part of a industry cooperative business model where everybody involved gets their needs met.
