Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Concrete Coating Installers to join our crew. This role involves surface prep, coating application, and delivering a top-tier finished product. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

Qualifications:
- Experience in concrete coatings, construction, or similar field preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Team player with a positive attitude
