Something like that?

If you saw a weird post yesterday on here, Facebook has done something to the site. It has moved the business to include my personal page. I may be deleting the business off of here. More later on what I decide to do about it.

In the mean time, Toby is mending after his shoulder surgery. We have new hangers that do a beautiful job. Also we have a new finishing crew. Also doing a good job. We want to thank Nick for stepping into Toby's shoes while he is gone. Good job Nick.

Enjoy the food post from yesterday lol.
Hope you are all staying healthy and enjoying this summer.

To start off Ron is alive and well and living with me (his loving wife) with 2 dogs and a occasional grand child.
Now the story: We got a call from a long time family friend yesterday that heard from another drywaller that Ron passed away last week.
Well, that is far from the truth. Ron is doing well, but another long time friend, neighbor, and Ron's coworker Amos Nickerson did pass. Amos, Sal Zimmerman and Ron worked and played together back in the 70's. Life happened and they all split up and went their separate ways. No hard feelings were had and Amos and his wife Shirley helped us youngsters start our own Drywall business. Shirley showed me the office ropes and Amos was totally supportive for us to start our own business. Like I said that was back in the 70's. So to make a long story short, 😪 we want to send our condolences to Amos Jr. (Butch) and to Shirley's boys as well. We actually have a pocket full of good ole boy stories as well. Most of them I would prefer to forget 😆 🤣 😂. Sal and Amos are both gone but they will always be in our memory.
Hugs from Ron and Carol And our boys.

2022
Another year of covid,
We will still be working with-in the rules that have been posted for us. Materials are getting harder to find. But we will persevere.
Stay safe !

We want to thank our son Chris (Toby) for keeping our company running over the last few years. We couldn't have done it without him. In the picture he has found time to walk the dogs and spend time with his girl.

Covid had been one of the hardest obstacles we have had to deal with over the years. As all business people know, it's been a struggle. Sheetrock can't be delivered into homes people live in. Sometimes you can't get things you need. But over all we have made it this far almost a full year of lockdowns, masks, and. distancing.

Now I want to thank the people that we were able to do jobs for. Thank you for understanding that we are bound to new rules from our government. But we made it through so far.

Thank you to our subs that have worked so hard to do quality work. Let's hope and pray 🙏 that this year is better.

Summer is here and COVID 19 is still hanging around. We ask that while our drywall crews are working please be respectful of the rules that our governor has given us. In the 90 degree weather and high humidity drywall work is hard to do. The guys need hydration and fans to stay somewhat cool. Before Covid they only had to wear masks when they sanded or painted. Wearing a mask when you have pouring sweat down your face is hard. The heat makes people a little cranky. So please understand this is unusual times and we are doing the best we can with what we have to work with.
We once again have more work than we have subs to do. Mostly because of all the jobs that got backed up because of COVID 19. We are slowly working our way through.
Another issue is; yep Covid 19 strikes again. Our suppliers can't deliver into a dwelling that you are living in. The dwelling has to be new construction or a complete tear out in a remodel with no one living there for several months. Our prices for materials have gone up so sorry it is going to reflect on your bill as well.
Oh by the way I even have the old gal out with a paint brush in her hand again . She still can do it what do you know. Lol

05/23/2020

Today is Saturday May 23rd covid 19 is still a worry. But we are slowly getting back into the work force. We have a long list of projects that have been waiting since March. So please keep in mind we will do as good as our government and healthcare allows. We will still do the quality work that we have always offered. Stay safe, wear a mask in public please.

03/26/2020

Our drywall company has come to a halt due to the Coronavirus rules to stay home/stay safe. We will keep all of our builders and the subs that do our work in our hearts and prayers. Please stay safe, stay home, enjoy the peace and quiet. With all of the unrest in our government and other governments around the world its easy to get stressed out. But we will spend this time to get back to the basics, put our faith in God and try to love one another. All of this is far beyond our strength, so take this time to do something that will reduce your stress. Paint your house, do that remodel you bought the stuff for and never got to. Plan that hunting trip for the fall, go fishing, ride your bike on the multiple trails. Keep yourself busy the time will fly by. Most of all stay safe and healthy.
