This entire house had gorgeous hardwood. Unfortunately speckled with paint. One light sanding and a couple coats of polyurethane and what's old is new again. The walls and trim turned out great as well. That window looks like brand new.

This floor wasn't in the best of shape. Carpet pad had become attached to the hardwood. These floor refinishing projects are a lot of work but so rewarding. This floor is pushing 100 years old. It was restored to its original glory, at a fraction of the price it would take to replace with hardwood.

"Exterior Restoration" is far more than painting. To get a beautiful historic building like this to look great and last a long time it is all in the preparation. Removal of the prior paint is crucial when possible. These old places are our favorite places to work. After a true restoration you can expect decades of very little matenance.

The Depot received a well deserved face-lift. The entire interior has been thoroughly cleaned and repainted. The floor is over a Century old and had 100 years of dirty wax ground into it. It was stripped and polished to it's original glory. Restoration is my favorite type of work, every attention to detail has been taken including the little things like door hardware, hinges etc. We are proud of this one.
