Rough in complete on Denali Dr in Aledo.

Our team installed the underground sewer and water service below the foundation, bringing sewer pipes up vertically at each fixture location and connecting the building sewer and water lines to the city-provided taps — all tested and ready for the pre-slab inspection.

Once this is covered, it's covered for good. That's why it has to be right the first time.

Rough in complete on Edgefield Rd in Fort Worth.

Our team ran the sewer and water service lines below the foundation, brought the water service up into the garage wall for the primary shutoff, and prepped everything to pass pre-slab inspection before the pour.

This is the stage that sets up everything else — get it wrong here, and there's no fixing it once the slab is down.

Top out on Tenison Hills Ct in Dallas.

Phase 2 puts the whole system in the walls. Drain, waste, and vent in Schedule 40 PVC with stub-outs at every fixture location, PEX-A hot and cold run overhead and insulated to the home's R-rating, and the vent stack carried up to terminate at the roof away from the street view.

Gas went in the same phase — run overhead with properly sized stub-outs at every appliance. Secondary bathtubs set, and the full sewer system tested and verified before anything gets covered.

One detail worth catching: some of these wet walls got their PEX and drain runs installed flat on the slab before the wall ever stood up. Cleaner work, tighter tolerances.

Shower valve repair on Cedar Falls Dr in Fort Worth.

The shower would start out warm and then drop to lukewarm every time. Hot water was fine everywhere else in the house, which rules out the water heater and points straight at the valve.

We pulled both cartridges out of the wall and found debris built up inside the valve bodies, restricting flow. Cleared the debris, adjusted the thermostatic mixing on both, reinstalled the cartridges, then adjusted the water stops at each valve assembly and water tested. Both showerheads came back to full pressure and full range of heat.

If one shower runs lukewarm but the rest of the house is fine, the problem is in the valve — not the water heater.

Bar sink drain reroute on Galway Ave in Fort Worth.

This one started as a sewer stoppage. When we ran the camera, it couldn't even pass the line — the old pipe had deteriorated that badly. So the home got a full sewer replacement, including under-slab tunneling and concrete demo to reach it.

This visit tied the bar sink back into the new system — opened the floor, ran new Charlotte PVC, coupled and glued the connection, and set the trap arm to proper fall. Excavation crew came back the next day to bury the tunnel.

When you replace a sewer system, every fixture has to come back to it correctly. That's the part nobody sees.

Water leak repair on Cap Ridge Rd in Aledo.

A leak near the street can run for weeks before anyone notices — and the first sign is usually a water bill that suddenly doubles or triples. On this call we located it at the PVC shut-off valve just off the meter.

We dug the front yard by the meter, exposed the line 2 to 3 feet out, cut out the failed valve section, and repaired it properly — then backfilled. Same visit, start to finish.

If your bill jumped and you can't find a reason, the leak is often underground where you'd never see it.

Fixture set on White Settlement Rd in Fort Worth.

This was a whole-home replumb — the entire water and sewer system replaced, the old main relocated out from under the staircase, and the water system restarted at the pressure tank. Once the house was ready, we came back for the finishes.

Set the kitchen island workstation sink, butler's pantry sink, a pot filler at the 60" range, a dog wash station in the utility room, floating stone vanities with wall-mount faucets, the master tub and tub filler, and all toilets and bath fixtures throughout. Two propane tankless water heaters set, connected, and lit.

Every one of those finishes sits on top of a system we replaced from the ground up.

Handheld shower port addition on Gaspar Dr in Dallas.

Mid-construction, we opened up the sheetrock in the master bath to add proper backing and water piping for a handheld shower port — done right so the finished fixture has solid support behind it, not just drywall.

Change orders happen, and when they do, we make sure the plumbing behind the wall is just as solid as everything else.
