At RBD Construction, preparedness is an important part of keeping our employees, jobsites, and communities safe. Emergencies can happen without warning, but having a plan can make all the difference.

This month is a great reminder to:

✅ Monitor severe-weather alerts
✅ Keep emergency supplies readily available
✅ Review important contacts with your family
✅ Stay alert and look out for one another

We are proud to announce the promotion of Daniel Mejia to Construction Planning Manager!

Daniel has been a valued member of the RBD Construction family for the past three years, serving as our Site Safety Technician/Rigger. Throughout his time with the company, he has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

In his new role, Daniel will work closely with our Operations and Project Management teams to develop er****on plans, lift plans, resource planning, and other critical planning functions that help ensure our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and successfully.

Today, we’re proud to recognize two well-earned promotions within our team.

👏 Congratulations to Colter Cunningham on his promotion to Construction Director. After serving as our Safety Director, Colter’s leadership, commitment to excellence, and passion for our people have made a lasting impact across the company.

👏 Congratulations to Stew Shirley on his promotion to Director of Field Operations. Stew’s journey with RBD reflects what growth looks like in action ..starting as a Site Superintendent, advancing into Project Management, then serving as General Superintendent, and now stepping into this key leadership role.
