What an incredible day out on the course supporting Little Rock Firefighters IAFF Local #34 and their annual golf tournament benefiting Arkansas Children's’s Camp Sunshine.

Our team at 1-800-BOARDUP of Central Arkansas was proud to be a sponsor again this year. Camp Sunshine gives survivors, both adult and pediatric across the state of Arkansas an opportunity to establish lasting friendships, experience personal growth and develop lifelong memories. Yesterday, a vehicle crashed into a local gas station causing major damage. Thanks to quick action from emergency responders and our team at 1-800-BOARDUP of Central Arkansas, the site was secured swiftly to keep everyone safe.

Thanks to the fast response of North Little Rock Fire Department, the flames were contained and our team at 1-800-BOARDUP of Central Arkansas was able to secure the openings to protect the home from further loss.
Helping families in moments like these is why we do what we do. We’re proud to stand ready, day or night, to support our neighbors when disaster strikes.

According to the National Weather Service, there’s a 1 in 200 chance that lightning strikes a home, but that’s just what happened early Wednesday morning to the Brooks family household.…

We will have a warm and welcoming space ready for people in need on Sunday, December 14, 2025, beginning at 6 pm. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own snacks, drinks, and entertainment items such as books, cards, or games. Pets are welcome.

As winter settles in, heating equipment becomes a leading cause of home fires. Our friends at the Little Rock Fire Department are reminding everyone to stay safe with their “Keep the Wreath Green” campaign.
From a firefighter’s perspective, prevention is everything. Keep space heaters at least three feet from anything that can burn. Never leave them unattended. And always test your smoke alarms.
