We removed existing failing Masonary wall. Replaced with 6” fabricated wall in harvest blend. Customized staircase and top capped the wall with walkway leading to upper back area all in pavers. We also removed decking and all existing facial board of the decking, handrails and stairs. Replaced with no exposed screws trex deck board in custom color.

Two level paver entrance with contrasting border and state of the art LED lighting inserted in walkway. Up lighting on the house and down lighting under second tier cap of stoop. Large paver areas are pewter blend color with supporting retaining wall in pewter and charcoal border. Circle pad area for removable firepit. This was a custom design installation for this particular property.

Front is a customized walkway cut in a smooth design to accent exiting concrete driveway. Gray tones. Four size random paver. Back has a four size random patio in tan color. This includes a free standing firepit with custimized lattice to enclose under side deck area which includes #57 gravel padded area for storage. All drainage pipes and sump pump pipe were installed with S35 pipe and ran to the back of property landscape to outlet.
