Before any job begins, our crews are taking the time to spot potential hazards and take action to eliminate or control them. Just as important, we’re reinforcing the responsibility to document those observations—because what gets recorded gets improved.

But here’s the reality: risk observations don’t stop once work starts. Our work environment is constantly changing, and new hazards can appear at any moment. That’s why staying alert, aware, and proactive isn’t optional—it’s essential.
