Last week, we welcomed construction professionals from across the country to Louisiana as part of a peer group roundtable visit through Performance Construction Advisors.

The group spent time with our team discussing opportunities for growth, leadership, operations, and the future of Ratcliff through a collaborative SWOT analysis and roundtable discussions.

Of course, we also had to show them a little Louisiana culture while they were here with a crawfish boil and great conversation around the table.

We’re thankful for the insight, relationships, and shared experiences that came from the visit.

Today was Family Day for Team Ratcliff. ❤️

We spent the day at our Alexandria headquarters celebrating with the people who support our team every single day. From crawfish and hotdogs to bounce houses, water slides, and a petting zoo, it was a full day of fun, laughter, and making memories together.
