To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally request assistance regarding the reporting and investigation of two stolen fi****ms.
The first incident involves a Springfield XD4 (Serial Number: US299193), which was reported stolen in 2017 to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department. Despite providing evidence to Deputy Tolliver at that time, recent inquiries indicate the firearm has not been entered into the system as stolen. My subsequent attempts to rectify this with the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, the State Police Jasper Post, and Gavin Wilson have been unsuccessful.
The second incident concerns a Springfield XDS 45 (Serial Number: XS619156). Although department documentation identifies me as the victim and Chris Allen as the suspect, the case is currently classified as a "civil dispute." I would like to request a review of this classification to ensure the matter is handled as a criminal theft.
I am seeking your support to ensure both fi****ms were accurately recorded as stolen, and that these cases get properly investigated. I've talked to 6-8 deputies, and 2 state troopers about this. i was able to get my XDS45 back.
I have additional issues, with documentation and evidence available to provide upon request.
