Structural Repairs & Beam Replacement by Ultimate Contracting Corp

Sometimes an update to your home such as a kitchen or bathroom remodel, or HVAC installation results in compromised structural members like floor joists and ceiling joists. It’s common for plumbing drain pipes to be modified to go through floor joists. If your home required a load bearing framing member to be cut or weakened for a renovation, it likely needs reinforcement. Bonds, plates, and floor joist can become damaged or rotted over time, causing structural issues to your home or building.

Wood center beams become less reliable with age. We replace these beams with steel structural support and also add mid-span beams to support outer stresses and the floor joist level. Many of these types of structural issues can lead to sagging floors and significant long-term damage to the overall structural integrity of your home or building. We work with these problems and other major structural issues by providing all carpentry, concrete, and steel structural work.
