In five weeks we transformed the exterior of this building. From demolition, framing, furring and finally Nichiha Fiber Cement panels. Thank you to our superintendent Steve Pollace, our foreman Dan Hansen, his crew and all of our invaluable suppliers: Time Savers Lifts, National Decorating Services, ABC Supply Gurnee, Hilti.

The hotel’s opening marks the end of a five-year journey. The hotel at 1551 W. North Ave. is on the site of a former gas station.

Our foreman, Mike Maher and his team just completed this Trex Company deck at Lincoln Elementary School in Oak Park for Bulley & Andrews on time to meet an aggressive schedule. Huge thanks to the guys for making this happen.
