This 35+ year old commercial cap sheet roof was plagued by leaks, one in particular that started right after the original roof was installed. We installed a GE high-solids silicone system and solved all of their problems. This system is nearly 90% reflective, cooling the business and saving them money on utilities and HVAC maintenance. A restoration system is the perfect cost saving alternative to a roof replacement and can be reapplied every few decades, at a lower cost, without the need for a costly removal and replacement.

This manufacturing facility in Valencia chose us to install a Uniflex high-solids silicone system before they installed a solar system. This system required no tear off of the existing roof and was a same year tax deduction for the owner. The bright white system is nearly 90% reflective, cooling the interior of the building up to 30% and saving the business on utilities and HVAC equipment maintenance.

There were leaks in nearly all of the tenants businesses and decommissioned equipment on all of the roofs. This Uniflex 44 high-solids silicone system will waterproof the roof for decades and can be reinstalled perpetually in the future to further extend the life of the roof. This system required no tear off and was a same year tax deduction for the owners.
