Today’s project was a low slope roof over a sunroom. We tore off the old material, cut out the damaged areas, patched in new sheathing and then put a new layer over the entire thing. Solid as a rock now. Finished it off with new Certainteed Flintlastic for low slope applications. Looks a lot better and no more leaks!

Recently completed whole house roof in Hopewell.
Part of the job was this little flat roof that was beginning to collapse. Ripped the entire thing off, and rebuilt it with some slope on it. It’ll work much better now!
