Use Caution when hiring a drain cleaning company to do your plumbing work, you're likely to get results like this. Hose spigot installation caulked to the brick instead of screws, no vacuum breaker, broke clean off when bumped with trash can. Get it done right the first time. Professional work reasonable prices.

Customer called about water around their floor drain after doing some laundry. After running the snake machine through the main and getting a couple large chunks of root out, i pulled out the longest root-ball i personally have ever seen in the downriver area. Its a wonder their sewer was even draining at all, this thing was just over 10 ft long.

WHY 2ND OPINIONS ARE IMPORTANT!!!! I got a call from a customer i did some work for last year claiming her kitchen drain was clogged and needed to be snaked. When i got there i began to investigate, no water in the sink and no sign of a back up. So i asked where she had the problem at, and thats when she tells me she had a larger local company (whom i see a lot of people referring online) come out to change her garbage disposal (which they installed incorrectly). They then told her the sewer main was clogged/damaged and would need to be replaced for $4,000. There was no issue with her sewer and the company never even ran a camera down the drain to confirm there was an issue. They simply tried to take advantage of an elderly woman who doesnt know any better. If youre reading this (because i know youre in this group) you should be ashamed of yourself for conducting your business in this way. So please everyone get a 2nd opinion or multiple estimates when having any work done in your home to prevent yourself from being a victim of companies like this. Have a wonderful day.
