Knocked out this 13,000 square foot roof on Friday for a new customer and now a new friend in Fairview. They were experiencing multiple leaks and shingle damage due to inferior product and poor install from the prior home owner. We got them set with a CertainTeed Class 3 shingle and upgraded them to a CertainTeed Class 4 hip and ridge. Quality from start to finish!

This Lucas concrete Spanish tile customer reached out to us about critter problems on their roof. Turns out the original installer placed the wrong valley metal in the valleys, and they needed their hip and valleys mortared. Both issues gave the local squirrels their own little kingdom. So we took care of them. From one big mess to a a beautiful finish!
