We are so excited to move our new corporate headquarters to this location. Being so close to the DNT and all the restaurants/shopping is making a huge impact on all our staff and clients coming to this area.

Construction is scheduled for completion by April 2026. Wynmark Commercial Real Estate Group Commercial is the development and brokerage company and XS Construction, LLC Construction is the general contractor. Both groups are moving their corporate headquarters to this new location.

“This development will not only provide business owners a chance to own their real estate in W. Plano, but will also contribute to the continued growth and vibrancy of the Legacy area,” said Kristin Hollek.
