Look 👀 another chimney in need of a cricket/saddle!!

Why don't other roofers suggest installing them when they do new roofs? It could prevent so many issues in the future.

At Simple Roofing when we see an issue like this we always explain to our customers the importance of adding a cricket when we redo their roof. We have yet to have a customer disagree with our advice.

We were out in Plano doing a commercial inspection and look at how neglected this roof is! No wonder it has several leaks and the tenants are unhappy. Just look at the horrible repairs, bubbles and even the hail damaged AC units.

Every commercial client we service is in our maintenance program so we catch the small issues before they become big issues and effect their tenants.

Guess what we just found?? Yet another not so quality job which over time has cause a small leak. Once again it's on a new roof.

We are out at an inspection in Plano and what do we see? Another quality roof repair! 😤😱

Homeowners, when you hire someone to do a roof repair require photos of the completed work. So many shady roofers do shotty work because they know 9 times out of 10 you will not get on your own roof. This kind of work is unacceptable.

A referral called in regarding a new home they purchased this year with a small leak on a fairly new roof. Chris took a look around today and look at this mess! Improperly flashed and unsealed skylights. It's such a shame how many roofing companies do not complete their jobs properly leaving so many preventable issues.

We'll get these repairs handled and maintain this roof for many years to come.

We got called out to check for lighting damage to a home we are installing a roof for next week in Prosper. Most of their electronics were fried but thankfully there was no roof impact. We got called out for a leak from all of this rain to take a look at this older flat mansured roof. We saw several issues immediately and will get this homeowner taken care of. But we thought we would take the time to post a reminder of how important proper roof maintenance and inspections are. If your roof is older than 5 yrs it is time for us to take a look.
