For the third consecutive year, Monarch Precast Concrete scores a perfect 100% on the NPCA’s Plant Audit. In celebration of receiving yet another perfect audit score in 2022 from the NPCA, the team at Monarch Precast decided to take some time off to bask in the sunshine and grill some tasty burgers and hotdogs. It requires a team effort across all disciplines to consistently deliver such strong performance. Well done and congratulations!

Along the banks of the Lehigh River, located in Allentown Pennsylvania, sits the region’s top manufacturer of precast concrete solutions … Monarch Precast Concrete. Founded in 1949, Monarch services the residential, commercial, municipal and utility markets. We built our reputation on the hard work of our employees; a relentless focus on quality products and service; and a fierce loyalty to our customers. From residential septic; to storm and sanitary water; to commercial pump stations; to utility meter vaults, Monarch delivers unmatched quality, craftsmanship and expertise!

Today, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is situated on twenty-one acres of industrial property. There are two plants that total 37,000 square feet of production area. The newest plant, houses a fully automated computer-controlled batch plant with a two-yard, high-speed TEKA turbine mixer. All aggregates are stored indoors in climate-controlled bins with moisture probes to assure consistent quality mixes. The two plants have a total of eighteen cranes ranging from monorail style hoists to bridge cranes with a capacity of up to 30 tons. Forklifts ranging in capacity from 8,000 pounds to 35,000 pounds move the finished product to storage and shipment.

Quality and safety for our personnel and protecting the environment are of the upmost importance. Our ACI Level 1 certified technicians perform daily checks for tolerance and oversee meticulous quality control over aggregates operating in a climate-controlled production facility. Our service commitment offers end-to-end, technical support and advice through every step of the process to deliver unique precast concrete solutions that meet every project specification for prompt, reliable and safe on-site delivery. At Monarch we approach our work with a mentality that is grounded in Teamwork, Respect, and Hard Work.

Our in-house team of draftsmen, project engineers, fabricators, certified technicians, truck drivers and fleet deliver the best in precast concrete production to a growing Lehigh Valley region and the surrounding counties of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. Our fleet of delivery trucks are equipped with cranes for unloading and setting to ensure our products are delivered to the job site in the most prompt and efficient manner possible. Our largest crane truck has a capacity of 40,000 pounds.
