Exciting news from Levi Land Holdings (part of the Mohawk Group) — site work is officially underway on Farmhouse Village, our new 21-lot single-family subdivision in Hanover Township, Northampton County!

We're proud to be growing this community and look forward to delivering buildable lots this August. We've partnered with D.R. Horton, who will be building these 21 new single-family homes for the Lehigh Valley market, and Semmel Excavating for grading, utilities, and infrastructure. Project Progress Update | EEACS Stadium – Allentown, PA

Mohawk Group, Inc. is actively constructing the elevated parking deck that will support the future stadium above—an innovative design that preserves critical parking while forming the foundation of a landmark facility.

A major milestone was recently achieved with the completion of the precast structure by High Concrete Group, marking a significant step forward in the project’s vertical progress.

The project is being delivered with the support of a highly coordinated design team led by Alloy5, along with the civil engineering team at KCE, whose efforts were instrumental in advancing the project through land development approvals and keeping early-phase work on track.

Despite challenging winter conditions, crews have continued work safely and strategically, maintaining steady progress whenever conditions allow.

We’re proud to report that this phase remains on track for completion ahead of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs’ 2026 season, ensuring continued access and functionality at the site.

Strong coordination, planning, and teamwork are keeping this complex project moving forward. More updates coming soon.

On October 16, 2025, Mohawk Group proudly joined partners and community leaders to break ground on the new Executive Education Academy Charter School Stadium in Allentown, PA.

This state-of-the-art, 4,000-seat facility will be constructed atop a parking deck designed to accommodate over 300 vehicles below, showcasing innovative design and engineering at its best.

Remarkably, this project advanced from initial concept to permit in hand in under one year, a testament to the dedication, collaboration, and responsiveness of the entire design-build team.

We’re thrilled to partner once again with the Executive Education Academy Charter School Foundation, Alloy5 Architecture, and Keystone Consulting Engineers on this unique and impactful project.

At Mohawk Group, we take pride in turning ambitious visions into reality, and this project is another example of that commitment.

Yesterday marked an exciting milestone — township staff officially moved back into the newly renovated and expanded North Whitehall Township Municipal Building in Pennsylvania! 🏛️

Mohawk Contracting & Development is proud to share the completion of this transformative project. The journey wasn’t without its challenges — we faced our fair share of obstacles and adversity along the way — but our team’s determination and collaboration made it possible to deliver a space the township can be proud of for years to come.

Project Highlights:

• A modern Township Hall meeting room to host public meetings and foster community engagement
• A large training/classroom space to support staff development and future township programs

That’s a wrap (on precast)! We just placed the final piece of precast at the Bethlehem Parking Garage — and it clicked into place like the last puzzle piece!

Huge shoutout to High Concrete Group LLC for handling the precast work and coordinating with us on necessary work in the elevator shaft before the cap could be placed. We couldn’t have asked for a better handoff, and we were proud to bring this phase across the finish line together.

Next on the line up we are prepping for slabs on grade while underground utilities wrap up. Things are moving fast, the team’s firing on all cylinders, and the progress pictures keep getting better!

We are wrapping up another successful office fit-out—this time for Bronkhorst USA at their new Bethlehem, PA location!

Bronkhorst specializes in developing and manufacturing Thermal and Coriolis instruments for measuring and dosing the flow of gases and liquids. They are viewed as experts within laboratories, machine-building and many other industries worldwide for more than 30 years.

Our team built this office space to cater specifically to Bronkhorst's operational needs. The fit-out features an open floor plan complemented by multiple private offices, collaborative meeting areas, ergonomic workstations, and specialized equipment rooms to support their technical operations.

We look forward to seeing their team thrive in this new environment!
