— It is with profound sadness that Fred J. Moyer Plumbing announces the passing of its beloved owner, Fred Moyer, who died on Saturday, March 21st, surrounded by his family.
As the second-generation owner of Fred J. Moyer Plumbing, Fred spent his life honoring and expanding a foundation that dates back to 1910. For over a century, the Moyer family has been a fixture of the local community, and Fred carried that responsibility with immense pride. He grew up within the trade, learning not just the technical mastery of plumbing, but the core values of honesty and neighborly service that have defined the company for 116 years.

Fred was immensely proud to work alongside his children and grandsons, finding his greatest joy in watching the fourth generation embrace the family trade with the same passion he held.
Fred is survived by his loving children: daughters Teri, Melissa, and Michele, and sons Darren and Matthew. He was a proud grandfather to Ashley, Seth, Zachary, Ally, Jacob, Noah, Emma, Maddy, Jillian, and Mackenzie, and a cherished great-grandfather to Avarie, Theodore, Isabelle, and Wesley.
The Third Generation
In accordance with Fred’s long-term vision, the legacy of Fred J. Moyer Plumbing will continue through the fourth generation. His son, daughter, and grandsons, who have worked by his side for years, will assume leadership of the company. The family remains dedicated to honoring Fred Moyer’s memory by upholding the high standards of quality and service that have defined the Moyer name for 116 years.
